Now, more young people in their 20's and 30's are wealthy. The booming stock market has also contributed to the growth in pre-nuptial agreements and lawyers are seeing more people signing them. As CNNfn's Lauren Thierry reports, these agreements are meant to stop your money from leaving when your spouse does.
