Look at your company and online marketing strategy from the outside in

NEW YORK (CNNfn) - You've survived the design war with your Web designer and now your company has a great-looking Web site. But are you sure the site works for your customers?
Think about how people will experience your site from the outside in.
How clear is the home page? The first image that customers see should be instantly recognizable as your basic brand.
Is it easy to move around on your site, order a product, find information on a service you provide, and leave your site? Is your address and phone number on the site?
Always think of your customers first. Make it easy for them to reach you and give you feedback. Always have an easy to find link to an e-mail form that goes to: info@company.com.
Don't forget to register your site with search engines and follow up to see if the listings are accepted.
