NEW YORK (CNNfn) - Online auction service eBay Inc. said Tuesday it remains comfortable with Wall Street's third-quarter estimates of 11 cents a share in earnings and $185 million in revenue despite last week's terrorist attack on the United States.
The San Jose, Calif.-based company said the guidance includes the effects of the attack on business as well as a potential financial impact of its announced "Auction for America" charity initiative.
eBay (EBAY: Research, Estimates) shares ended down $5.17 at $49.40 Monday.
