Between the World Wars, French car designers were creating some of the most beautiful automobiles ever made anywhere. Southern California's Mullin Museum is dedicated to these cars from automakers such as Voisin, Talbot-Lago, Bugatti and Delahaye. This 1951 Delahaye represented the very end of this era as the company was struggling to stay afloat in a Europe economically hobbled after the World War II. Still, even as a dying gasp, it's a gorgeous car and it was a thrill to drive it along the California coastline.
