This year, the global brand is aiming to keep that up with the launch of the widely hyped Apple Watch and a new music streaming service. "We're perfectionists," Apple's career site claims. "Idealists. Inventers. Forever tinkering with products and processes, always on the lookout for better."

The company recently revamped its benefits package, expanding parental leave and offering subsidized student loan packages.

What they're looking for: The company prizes diversity among its 100,000 employees, and it looks for folks with a passion for technology and the Apple brand. Apple (AAPL) is looking for MBAs to join its marketing, operations, sales, and Internet software and services teams. Hiring is up: In its last fiscal year, the company added nearly 9,000 non-retail jobs.
